The classic ’90s blockbuster Men in Black and all its sequels have found a new streaming home in the UK and Ireland.
1997’s Men in Black, 2002’s Men in Black II, 2012’s Men in Black 3, and 2019’s spin-off/revival Men in Black: International are all now available on Netflix, as of today.
The original film follows Will Smith’s police man as he learns of the existence of aliens and a secret organisation dedicated to protecting the Earth from the ones that would do people harm.
He teams up with Tommy Lee Jones’ by-the-book and deadly serious agent, as well as a talking pug called Frank. The film was a big hit at the box office and spawned a UK chart-topping single.
The first sequel brought the duo back for more of the same, while the third film introduced time travel and introduced Josh Brolin as a younger version of Jones’ character.
International brought in Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson as two new agents, alongside a couple of characters from the previous films (including the pug).

It didn’t review hugely well, with Digital Spy‘s own review stating: “The plot is disappointingly predictable and stale.
“The movie is set in a world where aliens live among us, and the best story it could come up with is a mole within MIB ripped straight from 24 (or any spy thriller), seasoned with some reluctant odd-couple banter.”

We also wrote: “It’s just not that interesting, especially when it resolves exactly as you expect after some heavy signposting.”
Men In Black faired better though, as we ranked the original as one of Smith’s top five movie roles.
All four Men in Black films are available to stream now on Netflix UK and Ireland.
